Hi :)

I decided it was about time I let everyone know where I've been! haha We are having a baby BOY the beginning of March! We are so excited! We had been kinda weary about telling people because of my history, but now that we are more than half way there I am finally starting to relax. This pregnancy has been rough! I get horrible migraines and nausea every day, so I have had lots of medications and trips to the hospital. So I haven't felt well enough to get on the computer for a while. Hopefully now all that starts to ease up and I can start to enjoy it!!

Quincy's Birthday Party.....Finally!!

We have had a crazy time around here again lately! Quincy has had another kidney infection and has been very sick for the past couple of weeks. We have been in and out of the ER, back and forth for all kinds of tests, and many trips to the doctor. So needless to say we have been a little busy. She is finally clear of infection but they are not sure yet why this keeps happening. For now we just have to keep her on antibiotics and watch to make sure she doesn't get sicker. PHEW!! Anyways, since Quincy had been sick we weren't going to be able to have a party for her, but last minute she was doing better so we kinda threw one together. She had a blast! She loves when "the kids" come over and she can play and be big! Here are a bunch of pictures from her birthday. She got totally spoiled but she had so much fun!

Quincy turned 2 today! I can't believe it has already been 2 years! It has gone by so fast! I can't believe how much she has changed! We have so much fun every day with her and love her so much!




This was the first time I really got see/hold her and it was a whole day after she was born!

Quincy loves to dance! Anytime there is music playing she has to get up and shake it! This is her favorite song too! This isn't the best video since it's from a phone, but it was so cute I had to put it on here. You can see it best if you pause the music on the side.

Crazy week!

We had a very crazy week, and not in a fun way! On Memorial Day we were over at my Mom's for awhile and we all ended up taking a nap. When we woke up I gave Quincy some motrin since she had a little bit of a fever since the night before. Not 5 minutes later she fell down on the floor and started having a seizure. She had stopped breathing and turned blue so I was blowing air into her mouth trying to get her to breathe. After a few minutes she stopped seizing and was slowing breathing again. Meanwhile, Mark and Brittney are both on with 911 trying to get the ambulance to come. So they came and took Quincy to the ER where they did a bunch of tests and stuff. It turned out that she had a really bad infection in her bladder and kidneys that caused her fever to go so high so fast that it caused her to have a seizure. That was the scariest thing I've ever had happen. You forget everything you've learned to do and when your baby is not breathing and blue and there's nothing you can do, it's the worst feeling ever! She is doing much better now though. We just have to take her to get some more tests done to make sure the infection is all gone. Hopefully we never have to go through that again!!

My poor baby girl is so sick! It's the saddest thing. But I have tons off fun pics and stuff to post about when she's better and I have time to!

I had forgotten my camera stuff at my Mom's house so I haven't been able to put my pictures up. So I finally have some of Easter. I wish I had the pictures of Quincy when she was doing her first Easter egg hunt with all the kids. She didn't really get it- she was just running around outside. It was so cute!

Sick

What a week! Quincy got a stomach virus last week and it was such a mess. The poor thing was so sick and she couldn't keep anything down for a week! It was so sad! Of course she passed some of it on to us, but luckily we didn't get all that she had! We have had quite the week and I'm definitely glad it's over! But we are all feeling better now thank goodness! Here a just a bunch of cute pictures from recently.

I bought this swimsuit on Ebay last summer and it was too big, so I wanted to make sure it would fit her now. And she's being a stinker in this picture because she wanted a cookie!

Cullen Family-Twilight

Okay I just came across this and I have to say I'm very disappointed. None of these people look at all like the ones I had pictured to be in the movie and I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one who thinks so. I like the girl they have cast as Bella- I think she fits it perfect. But these folks? I guess I'll have to wait and see.

And this guy- what? Let's just say he's not the Edward I had in mind! ;)

20 years ago: Feb. 1988: I was 5 years old and living in California. Wow I can't believe that was 20 years ago!!!


10 years ago: Feb. 1998: I was a sophomore at Springville High- I also don't really remember much about what I was doing! Probably hanging out with Sara and Cami! Oh yeah, I was on the swim team so that took up alot of my time!!


5 years ago: Feb. 2003: I had just met and started dating Mark. I was going to school to be a medical assistant and Mark was working for the Utah Jazz.


3 years ago: Feb. 2005: I just got married to Mark and we were on our Honeymoon is Hawaii! So much fun- I really wanna go back! I was working as medical assistant for a Dr. I loved working for. We would stay and watch their kids when they were out of town. Mark was working at Cyprus Credit Union right by my work and would used to drive to and from work together everyday!


1 year ago: Feb. 2007: My baby girl just turned 6 months old! I was busy at home chasing her around all day!




So far this year...2008: I have also been a mommy and a wife! I love my job!! Mark is still working for Jeff and taking care of us!


Yesterday I... Played with Quincy and worked on some digital scrapbooking stuff!


Today I... Chased Quincy around- she was being a little stinker ALL DAY!



Tomorrow I...will probably go over to Laura's with Brittney so she can take some pictures of Bella. Later, we are going out with Cami and Clint!!


This year I hope to... have another baby, be a better wife and mom, spend alot of time outside this summer with Quincy!

I'm an AUNT!!!!!!!

Yeay!!! Brittney and Bryan had their baby this morning around 7:25. Her name is Isabella Ruby May, but they call her Bella. She was 6 pounds 15 ounces and 19 inches long. She is such a cutie with TONS of dark hair!! They are all doing great! Quincy definitely loves her already! She just keeps saying "baby? baby? Bel-da?" (which is Bella). We are all so excited to have another little one around!

Happy Valentine's Day

We had an interesting day to begin with. Because of the bad storm and roads being closed, Mark couldn't come home from work last night. It's funny since we live like 1 mile from where he works, but the only way to get to our house was the road that was closed all night. He had to stay at work until they opened the road at like noon today! So we are all definietly tired. Tonight we went to the sushi bar with Quincy and my sister Brittney. It's always a mad house trying to go out to dinner on Valentine's Day, so we don't usually go anywhere. (By the way, Brittney has been having contractions all night, so hopefully we'll be going to the hospital soon!) ;)

Happy Anniversary!!

Today is Mark and my 3rd wedding anniversary!! We decided to go out on Saturday instead of today and I'm glad we did since I have had a bad migraine all day! We had such a fun day. He took me to get pedicures and then lunch. Later on we went to see Juno which I loved but like 11 people walked out in the beginning. Oh well. Then we went to dinner at Tepanyaki which was really good, as always. Thanks for always putting up with me!! ;) I love you babe!!!

Fun night!

On Saturday night after the shower, Mark and I went out with our good friends Lori and Jesse. We ate dinner at the Happy Sumo (yumm!) and then we went and to the movie 27 Dresses. It was so funny and cute! Even the boys kinda liked it. Though Mark would never admit it! Thanks you guys!
